Everything is perfect, both size and firmness. It arrived compressed but straightened out, and the case fits well. I ordered another one, smaller, waiting. I recommend it; someone writes that the case doesn't fit or that the sponge is soft - nonsense. My shih tzu uses it without sinking. Overall, I recommend it.

Everything is perfect. The dog is a little scared of it, but I hope they'll get used to it. It arrived dented, but a quick pass with a steam iron quickly fixed it.
Really satisfied! I was afraid it would be too big and take up too much space or too small and not fit the height of the bed, but it's really perfect! It arrived rolled up but eventually stabilized, the stairs are quite stable for my dog (Chihuahua) who weighs 4 kilograms..

The ladder is very nice, it's small but my dogs are small, which makes it very helpful for them to get up to the bed.

It's great for small dogs, my little dog weighs 4kg and it fits perfectly. At first, the product came deformed but after a day it took its ladder shape and works very well. The cover is soft and can be removed for washing.
